• SHIPPING - We have been building all winter and currently have a good stock of inventory on these outdoor furniture, so once we receive your order and payment your order will be shipped right away (usually within 24 hours). Actual delivery time using UPS ground is usually two to five business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. We will personally email you the tracking number from UPS so you can see when your order is expected to arrive.
• RETURN POLICY - We realize you are ordering products without getting a chance to try them out first - so we are the only company to offer a NO RISK 30 day return policy. If you are not 100% thrilled with your order, You will only pay the return freight and we will refund you IN FULL. Your satisfaction is our primary goal in business and we would not be able to offer this return policy if we didn't offer the Best wooden outdoor furniture on the market today.
• GUARANTY - Please note our painted white Adirondack chairs come with a written guaranty against faulty materials or workmanship. Any broken pieces resulting from faulty lumber or workmanship will be replaced free of charge, the guaranty excludes finish.
  • Warning: new designer jeans often have decorative studs & gems on the rear pockets that can scratch up your new chair finish. If you have company coming who are wearing this type of apparel a cushion or simple towel placed on the seat will help protect the finish.
