Rion greenhouse Warranty
Rion Greenhouses kits are made of the finest materials and are manufactured to strict tolerances. They are resistant to not only significant heat and cold, but heavy winds and snow loads as well. Due to their high-quality materials and engineering Rion Greenhouses experience very few defective problems.
Rion's warrants that for a period of 7 years from date of delivery to the end user that the greenhouses are warranted against damage or breakage caused by any defects in materials or workmanship subject to the exclusions set forth below.
Warranty for Repairs:
Rion's warrants, that any defective part will be replaced without additional expense to the customer.
The Warranty provided by Rion under this Agreement excludes any damage or deficiencies caused by or resulting from accident, fire, other hazards or extreme acts of nature; or alteration, modification, misuse, tampering, negligence, improper installation, maintenance conducted by unauthorized personnel, misapplication, mishandling or abuse of the greenhouses. Notwithstanding the above, this warranty does not apply where the greenhouse is not installed and used strictly in accordance with Rion’s specification and user manual, which are attached to the greenhouse. Without derogation from the above, Rion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage in connection with the use of the greenhouse. This warranty is given to the original purchaser only.

We are proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All products are guaranteed. We will gladly provide a refund the purchase price less 30% to cover shipping and restocking fees, of your item(s) or exchange the item(s), as you wish within 30 days of receipt.
If you return your items, please provide original sales order number for a merchandise credit or credit card refund. Shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages are not accepted. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds. Damaged or missing items noticed upon delivery should be reported promptly and will be replaced at our expense. Returned products must be in original condition. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
To return a product, you will need to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Our customer service representative will give you an RMA number to be placed on your package(s). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once you receive your RMA you can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and keep one for your records.
When Your Order Arrives:
Do not refuse delivery for minor damage. If a package is damaged, check the contents for damage before refusing delivery. If damage appears to be minor, and only a few items need to be replaced, we recommend accepting the shipment (or at least any undamaged packages) after making note of damages on delivery receipt. Doing this will speed up the replacement process in many cases because parts can be shipped sooner and faster delivery methods can be used.
Inventory the shipment.
Check the number of boxes received against the number shown on the driver's delivery sheet. If there is a shortage, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.If there is any problem with your shipment, please contact us - we will quickly make any arrangements needed to fix any problems.
